Pilates by Jodi offers the full package of online, face-to-face and 1:1 sessions.
My classes combine mat-based Pilates, strength and conditioning, basic yoga stretches and relaxation. 1:1 sessions are tailor-made for each individual.

Mind
Pilates helps with relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. We all live busy, hectic lives and it's often hard to find some `me time`. Pilates is great for helping you switch off from the outside world. Taking that hour out to focus on your mind and body can make such a positive impact on your wellbeing and mental health.

Body
Practised regularly and correctly Pilates can change your shape, improve strength and tone. It’s important to me that my clients come away from my classes feeling like they have worked hard but also feeling relaxed, refreshed and also well informed.

Soul
The ‘after-class’ feeling is what so many of my clients talk about, one describing it as like pressing the re-set button. A good workout, a full body stretch alongside Pilates breathing techniques and laughter are some of the reasons my classes are good for your soul. Always feeling better after the class and ready to take on the day.
