About Me

Hello, I'm Jodi.

I have been teaching Pilates both in venues and more recently online for over 5 years. I have always been passionate about Pilates and it has always been an important part of my life, helping me through so much, both physically and mentally over the years.

In 2014 I suffered with a severe issue with my back after an accident and decided to take my Pilates practice back to basics, concentrating on exercises specifically for lower back pain. The results were incredible. The pain lessened and my core strength and flexibility improved week on week.

In 2015, I decided to embark on the Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates to enable me to teach and share my passion with others and in 2016 Pilates by Jodi was born. I have never looked back

Its amazing to be doing something that I love and helping people along the way. The positive impact that my clients have described since starting their journey with me, makes it even more rewarding, with the majority having been with me from the very start. I love hearing how it’s helped them as much as it’s helped me.
